 \n\nThe Delia Steinberg International Piano Competition is held in honor o
 f the pianist and pedagogue Delia Steinberg. The competition aims to promo
 te and encourage young pianists from around the world\, offering a platfor
 m where they can showcase their talent and further develop their musical s
 kills.\nEstablished in 1982\, the competition accommodates various age cat
 egories and experience levels\, allowing participants to perform a diverse
  repertoire that includes both classical and contemporary works. In additi
 on to the performances\, the event often features masterclasses\, workshop
 s\, and other music-related activities designed to enrich the participants
 ’ professional experience.\nFor the first time\, the competition will be
  held outside of Madrid\, presenting a unique opportunity to host this pre
 stigious event in Oeiras-Lisbon\, Portugal\, in 2026.
